Anthem by Del Webb at Merrill Ranch

From US 60:

• East to Ellsworth exit. Turn right off the exit ramp. Head south on Ellsworth for about 9 miles, (You will travel through the small town of Queen Creek.)
• Turn left heading Southeast on Rittenhouse Road. Rittenhouse Road curves south and becomes Gary Road.
• Take Gary Road to Hunt Hwy and turn left (Southeast).
• Follow Hunt Hwy for about 12 miles. (Once you've passed the Fry's and Bank of America, we are another 9 miles)
• Turn left onto Merrill Ranch Parkway. Sign will direct you to the the sales pavillion.

From I-10:

• East towards Tucson
• Exit 185 for Hwy 387
• Take Hwy 387 to Hwy 87, go right
• Hwy 87 to Attaway Rd, turn left
• Attaway to Hunt Hwy, turn left
• Follow Hunt Highway for about 2 miles or so to the stop light
• The main entrance to Anthem is on east (right) side; turn right onto Merrill Ranch Parkway

Beyond the beautiful homes and vibrant neighborhoods of Anthem at Merrill Ranch, you'll find the nearby town of Historic Florence, featuring a Main Street and quaint downtown. Travel just a little further into Phoenix you'll discover all of the cultural, recreational and entertainment you'd expect from a major metropolitan area.

Nearby you'll find East valley venues like Chandler Center for the Arts, Mesa Southwest Art Museum and Gammage Auditorium. In downtown Phoenix you can enjoy all the major sports as well as cultural encounters such as: Chase Field, home of the Arizona Diamondbacks, and U.S. Airways Center, home of the Phoenix Suns.

Anthem is in close proximity to quality medical facilities CHW Mercy Gilbert Medical Center, Banner Gateway Medical Center (Opening Fall 2007), and Casa Grande Regional Hospital.

For the adventurous, you'll find plenty of recreational venues nearby including the Copper Basin YMCA, Lost Dutchman State Park, Queen Creek Parks and Recreation, Florence Recreation Areas and Hohokam Park - although we don't think you'll ever run out of things to do Anthem at Merrill Ranch!

If shopping is your passion, Anthem is a short drive to the major metropolitan areas of Mesa, Chandler, Gilbert - offering everything you'd need from grocery stores and shopping malls, to movie theaters and restaurants. Anthem Marketplace, located within Anthem at Merrill Ranch offers the conveniences of an onsite Safeway grocery and gas station, Wells Fargo bank, Tutor Time child care, and several other retail shops and businesses scheduled to open.

Anthem's very own K-8 school is now open onsite, and part of the Florence Unified School District. High School students living at Anthem attend the nearby Florence High School. For higher education, Arizona State University's main campus is just a short drive away, located in Tempe, Arizona and Arizona State University's Polytechnic Campus is located in nearby Mesa.
