Just like the original Anthem, the centerpiece of Anthem at Merrill Ranch is the 43,000-square-foot community center. A dedicated onsite Lifestyle Director ensures that you'll never run out of things to do. Here's a sampling of the activities and events our residents our currently enjoying at Anthem Parkside:
Meet the Anthem Parkside Lifestyle Director
My name is Brandy Koff and I'm the Lifestyle Director for
Anthem at Merrill Ranch. I look forward to creating and joining
in on all the fun and lifestyle here at Anthem. You might
recognize me from the Anthem Sales Team. I’ve been here since
Anthem broke ground and enjoy watching this phenomenal community
grow. I love the residents I’ve had the opportunity to work
with. With some of my family living in the community, I’ve been
able to play an active role in all parts of the Anthem motto:
Where we Live, Work and Play. I have lived in Arizona most of my
life and earned my degree in Business Marketing and Promotion
from Northern Arizona University. I hope to help Anthem continue
becoming the amazing community that it is. Please let me know
how I can incorporate things you and your family enjoy by
calling me anytime at the community center.
